NatureRails Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing NatureRails. Every NatureRails decorative steel railing insert is fabricated to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Because our products are large, heavy-duty architectural components, we utilize private specialty carriers whenever possible to provide a safer, more personalized delivery experience than traditional freight companies.

Order Processing & Production

Every NatureRails decorative steel railing insert is manufactured after your order is placed.

Typical production time for panel-only orders is 4–6 weeks.

Production times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen manufacturing circumstances.

Because every order is fabricated to order, production begins shortly after your purchase. Once fabrication has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, most orders are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where We Ship

NatureRails proudly ships to:

  • Anywhere within the United States

  • Canada

  • International destinations, including many overseas locations

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and delivery destination.

Most single-panel orders ship for approximately $300 within the continental United States.

As additional decorative railing inserts are added to your order, the shipping cost per panel generally decreases, making larger orders more economical.

Unlike many companies that rely on large freight carriers, NatureRails partners with private specialty carriers whenever possible.

This personalized delivery service offers several advantages:

  • Flexible delivery scheduling

  • Direct communication with your driver

  • Assistance unloading your order

  • Personalized customer service throughout delivery

Because our products are oversized architectural components, this shipping method helps ensure your decorative railing panels arrive safely and efficiently.

Delivery Scheduling

Your private carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

If you are unable to be present, you may coordinate a safe delivery location directly with your driver.

Once delivered, the driver will photograph your shipment at the agreed-upon location as proof of delivery.

Many of our private specialty carriers are also able to assist with unloading your order and placing it near your front door, helping reduce the chance of damage during delivery.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Although every shipment is carefully packaged and transported, we recommend inspecting your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If you notice shipping damage:

  • Photograph the packaging and the product.

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Contact NatureRails promptly with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

NatureRails is not responsible for delays, additional transportation costs, or other expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a shipment must be recovered or redirected due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all additional transportation charges.

P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Weather & Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated production and delivery schedules, NatureRails cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Road closures

  • Carrier delays

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Government actions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
